Roast Chicken but not as you know it! Taking inspiration from France Jamie has ditched the spuds and created a rich lentil side dish rippled through with creme fraiche and beautiful spinach. Fergus: Jamie, I am now going to chuck my beautiful 3kg Aberdeen Angus round roast in the bin and I am out to buy a chicken. and some lentils! Delicious, as always well done!

But the Chinese (world's #1 exporter) spray their garlic with an anti-fungal pesticide. This is why you peel and wash each clove. Is Jamie using British grown garlic?
