Ok, I'm totally going to be making this for dinner sometime soon, though considering mackerel isn't readily available where I am, I think I'll go for snapper instead.

This looks amazing and so easy. I think you could make this with any firm white fish like blue-eye, ling, barramundi etc. Would even work with salmon. Thanks

Will the cooking time vary if put more then one in the oven or is it better to make a much larger parcel. I want to cook this for a couple of friends
