Jamie at Home first aired in the UK on C4 in 2007 and in this clip Jamie cooks brilliant squid with grilled leeks Nick: At 1: 30, isn't cutting on a steel knife terrible for your blade? Wouldn't it be better to insert something like a clean piece of wood (maybe a cedar plank) or just cut carefully without anything in the middle? I was able to do the latter with a similar recipe and didn't damage the lower layer.

Jamie Oliver reeeeaaalllyyy likes olive oil o. O but in my opinion, the best chorizo and olive oil comes from Portugal and not Spain were they make chorizo from portuguese acorn fed pigs: ) My opinion
