Beautiful Video but I have an issue. I cant see the transcript anymore! Normally i was able to see a transcript under more and then transcript, but now there is only report left. This was a great help especially for the food tube videos and their recipes. Did you change that or is this a new Youtube thing that is missing!

Great video, it is very interesting to see the fishermen at work, so one can honour their hard work! And of course a lovely, wet cooking lesson with Bart, looks delicious. And a lovely treat for the fishermen, being able to taste their own harvest. Great job, all of them! Hungry Congratulations. ;) Regards, S.

I had a similar dish in cinque terre, Italy only they folded it in a foil packet and grilled it. Could I do this and must I cook the pasta before and then add it to the packet? Your dish looked delectable and the setting was gorgeous. Many thanks

hmm. cooked alive in slow heat (slowly. that is a bit inhumane. Can't they at least make it quick? Every living being loves its life, thats why they try to escape or struggle, or even when dying try hard to stop that from happening.

The pureness of that ocean water seems kind of questionable, but then again I guess the nasty stuff dies out when you heat it up. Kinda cool to be cooking in the middle of the water tho, and the food looks delicious

the video thumbnail alone made me drool! please do make spaghetti alle vongole in your future videos! On the side note, does your hand hurt when u pick up the hot spaghetti right out from the pot!

So, how does this work? First you eat the pasta and then you grab a cockle and pierce the meat with a fork and eat that after? I never understood the idea of leaving the shells in the dish.
