Hey, +DJ BBQ, you look gorgeous as usual, but honestly what have you done with your hair? And I miss your stunning shirts and rings and also your outfits! Well, let's talk about food: your recipe looks amazingly hot and delicious. And you and Simone are really great. Thanks for sharing this hot sauce.

I almost didn't recognize you there DJ BBQ in a normal tshirt and glasses. Not your usual style. :P Loved the recipe. Can't wait to try it out this weekend. I'll probably also fire roast the chillies along with the tomatoes to get that additional charred smokey flavor that I love. Thanks Christian.

Fantastic sauce. I made it as per. very nice. Then I made it again and adjusted the amounts and increased the heat factor. I added 8 jalapeno, 25 habanero, and a few other chilli. I added some salt too. Impressed and delightfully tasty. thank you

Tasty and ring sting deluxe, but that's what it's all about! :) My initial reaction was that it needed some salt, but after I let it rest a while the flavours became much stronger. Good thing I didn't add salt.

Didn't see you put the lime juice in? I might not of been watching well enough though hahah. What's the holding time for this? I presume 2 weeks because of citrus juice for preservation? Cheers!

Im gonna make this tonight but ditch a couple of tomatoes and added a large red bell pepper. It's going on a bbq lamb kebab tonight. I can almost taste it already.

Would it be appropriate to add any vinegar to this to give it that typical hot sauce flavour as well? Or would that be all kinds of sacrilege?

If you added a generous amount of salt and some garlic it would taste even better! Salt seems to reduce the spicyness and enhance the flavors
