that salad looks fabulous and healthy, but she does not. I don't know whether she was sick when they filmed this, or if she's not healthy in the first place. But I'm not sure I would take the advice and recipe of someone who looks this run down. If it's not doing the trick for her, what makes it healthy for me?

Anna. Why do you promote dairy when there are so many studies that show that animal protein in cheeses and milk are some of the main factors for cancer around the globe. You said the heallthiest salad, which makes sense with the coconut yoghurt. Please stop supporting and promoting dairy!

The myth of spinach being high on iron is still a thing? It contains a decent amount of iron, but the oxalates prevent you from absorbing it. You're getting much more iron from the barley than the spinach on this salad.

I really do like many many recipes from you guys. But there are always so many carbs in it. I know you guys made Videos about why Carbs are not that bad, but when you are on a diet, its Way too much in my Opinion.

Here Anna advocates using 350g of pearl barley but in her book she says 200g (keeping all other ingredients measures the same. I think she made a mistake here on the video? I used 350g and it seemed way too much.

Awesome! next time you take out the bone of an avocado, try hiting it with the sharped side of the knife (carefully but with streng) then you just pop it out, thats the way we do it in Mexico; )

Lovely greens! Apparently you love greens too! So much so that you look and sound like you're on some recreational greens before the episode was shot. Lol kidding aside, great recipe! Thanks.

sounds delicious, but a far cry from being the healthiest salad, in fact, between the cheese and the nuts and the avocado you are looking at a very fatty salad.

I LOVED this video and the recipe. The toasted nuts, the feta, the lemon, the basil, the barley. wow! I can't wait to make this salad. Big thumbs up.

This was easy to make! I had leftover grilled avocado (because I'm not too fond of it) so I just blended it in with the dressing. Still delish!
