Love it, Gennaro you are such a joy to watch but you make me travel sick for Italy as we can't travel yet. My family originally came from Cassino, I was taught to cook by my grandmother who started me off when I was very young, I have never stopped, I'm nearly 66 now, but it is so easy to bring Italy into our kitchens, simple ingredients cooked with love.
