Ok I'm usually a huge fan of the recipes on food tube and have tried a very large number of them but this is BS. Looks like cat vomit with a random pointless side of raw spinach and raw vine tomatoes, neither of which serve any purpose other than color(it's not like anyone's going to just eat the raw tomatoes off the vine. Come on you can do better than that. One of the very rare times when I've actually had something negative to say about a food tube recipe but this is just sad.

I think this recipe is very original and adds some kick to what some could think is a 'boring' omelet. Love the middle eastern twist (twist being the key word here, she is not saying it's a typical middle eastern dish people) and I especially like Dalia's natural energy and simple way of explaining the recipe. Definitely a keeper, would love to see more of her recipes!

What an unexpected alternative for egg white omelettes. I love eggs, my brain says eat more egg whites but i usually find them pretty bland. Just tried this one today and I must say it was surprisingly light but rich if that makes sense. Oh Nice to see Middle Eastern recipes on the site i'd like to add: )

I make eggwhite omelette almost everyday. It's a bit tricky it's true. But, I dont know why, hers didn't look too good! It looks like a scrambled egg than an omelette! Sorry! It may taste good, But as I dont have the ingredients, I cant try!

with a recipe like this you should have like a little tip or a link to some other one where there is an idea of what to do with the left over yolk. cause having 8 yolks left over it a lot so maybe a secondary recipe would be nice: )

as someone who eats egg whites only as breakfast (even sometimes late nights) i always search for new recipes and this one is one of the most original i ve seen. Will definitely give it a shot. Thank you. looks healthy and yummy.

The one thing i could not ge tmy eyes off the whole time is Dalia's upper lip injection. It just jumps at me every time Dalia opens her mouth. I think she could do beautifully without. But i'm no expert at these things.

I'll be trying this soon! I love experimenting with my omelettes and for someone who grew up in Riyadh I can't believe it never crossed my mind to put sumac in my omelette! Hope to see more recipes from u Dalia. :)

This is a recipe I haven't made but I do have her cookbook and have enjoyed making many others. As Jaime says, it was fun to see her in action. A natural in front of the camera. Hope it continues.

Love this simple but flavourful recipe from a beautiful chef. I also love that is is full of protein and the amount of spinach that went in. Would love to see more of her east meets west recipes!
