This is amazing. I live near Milan and I find fridge area always sell just egg yolks or egg white. I guess they are used for making desserts. Looks amazing. :-) Why not show a tiramisu recipe?

Christmas chocolate pudding is so delicious! Will have to try- Company will love it! You know, Gennaro, we usually end out having Spumoni ice cream on Christmas with Galliano cake.

This is so perfect and so easy I do this puding every day. I noticed difference when I use different cups, best is to use same cups as Gennaro wider at the top. Thank you Gennaro!
