I don't get why all the hate really. I mean i like a vegan grumpy guy just like any other person, but the things you find on him, come on. He doesn't use a knife properly? well he's not claiming to be a f'n chef, just a human, most people have sloppy technique and get the job done. you don't like the recipe? well don't do it! if it's not your style you don't have to be a dick about it. Finally saying he needs to be excited, or smile. While i agree it's nice to see someone like that, don't ask someone to sell out and cheer and smile just so you feel happy inside, it's unnatural really to smile for nothing. i love cooking but i dont smile like a doofus cutting kale. not everyone is Gennaro and that's okay. Learn some F'cking tolerance!

Thanks for reminding me it's just Vietnamese style not authentic cuz we NEVER use ginger either sesame oil in any kind of rolls. But this is a great recipe for vegans that want to try new flavour of viet food. I'd love to put this recipe in my vegan menu. If anyone here wants vietnamese authentic recipe of vegan rolls, please let me know. It tastes amazing as the spring rolls with boiled pork belly & shrimps.

3: 07 So many people in the comments complaining and I'm just sitting here like I could eat that like pasta! Also, whenever Tim does flips people in the comments tell him to calm down. Now he's calm and people are telling him to be more energetic. Come on fellow viewers cut the guy some slack and make up your minds! That said, he doesn't have to act the way commenters tell him to anyway.

generally with rice paper rolls you're not meant to overfill it so that you can wrap it tightly (it's v hard to find some restraint when you've got a delicious filling tho, also when you bite into it all the filling won't fall out into your dipping sauce. you also don't need to pat the rice paper dry, just shake off the excess water.

Tim is not a chef and doesn't claim to be. He's just showing you gorgeous vegan food which aren't his recipes, they come from Jamie's team. Give the guy a break, he's brilliant at what he does, is a great platform for the vegan lifestyle and what amazing food you can have. We don't need meat to eat wonderful food. Thank you, Food Tube.

Love these! We did this as an alternative to tacos last summer with different chopped fillings in separate small bowls, a couple of different dipping sauces and then let everyone make their own rolls at the table - success! Lovely way of getting crafty and social around the dinner table, highly recommend it! Happy new year! xx

Very nice looking snack/meal, my question is how easily can these be stored? E. g. If I make them early would I be able to take them to work or are they a type of food that has to be eaten right away so they don't dry out? Thanks to anyone who can give me a heads up.

Lol to the people who have asked about pomegranate seeds, he he! No my love, you don't have to de-seed each one, either beforehand or when eating. wow. If you hate the seeds just squash the juice out and use that or get creative and use a bit of orange or something. X

I like this guy a lot with his vegan recipes and a lot of chilly. And last but not least, I think that he's the guy who shot the video as a stunt jumping using a clothe pretending to be a chicken. Isn't he? Congrats and thanks for sharing so many delicious recipes.

It's really shocking that the first 5-6 comments are all negative. Nice way to start the year guys. You should learn more about a person AND lifestyle for all that matter, before judging and thinking you are superior to that person and lifestyle. Namaste. :)
