Danny McCubbin brings another one of Jamie's Food Revolution recipes to life, with this delicious veggie noodle stir-fry. Tofu and rice noodles cooked with a variety of colourful veggies giving you two of your 5-a-day. This recipe is perfect if you are trying to incorporate more vegetables into your diet and you can be swapped with any leftover vegetables that you might have in the fridge. It's simple to make and works really well as a quick mid week meal

I'm not judging anyone or bashing anyone but the comments on this video are horrendous. Danny isn't trying to force vegan food down your throat so have a little respect in your comments and just make adjustments if this doesn't satisfy your needs. I see vegans lose their shit on non-vegan recipes but here, non-vegan people are losing their shit over this vegan recipe. Just live and let live, no matter if you are vegan, vegetarian, carnivorous, pescetarian. LIVE AND LET LIVE!

don't you want to marinade the tofu before? raw tofu doesn't taste like much and i don't think it will absorb a lot of the flavors of this dish, because there aren't a lot of spices involved. i haven't done this before but maybe you could just marinade it with some sesame oil and a tiny bit of soy sauce a couple of hours before you cook this dish.

May I suggest some liquid after adding todu and a bit more cooking before the noodles? Tofu needs more time to absorb flavor, and it would be a waste not to bring out the vege flavors. The essential part of fried noodles is to get a good sauce mix with enough liquid and flavor and then combine it with the noodles.

I couldn't wait to give this recipe a try so I made a special trip to the store. I put in a little more heat, but other than that the recipe was perfect and it came out so delicious. It came together really fast, too, so I'm going to have to remember this for when I want a quick meal after a long day.

I'm pretty sure we don't have tofu here. So I was wondering, if instead, I could use some kind of cheese that doesn't melt away. I know cheese isn't really a substitute for tofu but I like it, so. If not, what else could I use instead.

Pretty good stir fry recipe. It's a good foundation and I can see how one can switch up the flavor just by swapping out the sesame oil and soy sauce with something else. I like the toasted cashews in there too. Thanks for sharing!

don't wanna be mean here, but i gotta say that any Chinese family could do better than that. its just about bad timing of controlling the heat, btw always put the coriander in at the end of the cooking.

nice. I like this ps: I'm a line chef and I hate cooking now. before I worked in the kitchen is loved to cook. so if your watching this and think it would be fun to do this as a job your wrong.

Love this recipe always struggling to make veggie meals that my 5 year old son will eat always end up buying quorn nuggets or something! So will definitely be trying this

Is it an option to freeze these cut veggies in a bag or something? I live alone, so I could split this into two meals, without having to microwave it the next day.
