Looks like to much effort to me. Ultimate bacon sandwich is two cheap pieces of white bread, streaky bacon fried nicely 3-4 bits with a nice dollop of HP sauce. Can't beat that i'm afraid.

What cut of meat does that bacon come from? The US normally uses pork belly for bacon, and that didn't quite look like belly bacon to me. Still looked like a tasty sandwich!
