I love that video, the emotion Jamie shows towards his passion, but there is that down to earth vibe. He normaly is very active and super happy about his dishes, what I also like, but this shows him more like a person in his daily routine. He loves what he is doing but he is more calm and concentrated.

I have been following Jamie from the start of his tv career. More years that I am ready to admit really. Anyways Glad to see him so accomplished, he deserves it. That said, I still find him to be very brave cooking italian food for italians in Italy. They are extremely hard nut to crack.

I really loved this format. In between a behind the scene and regular episode. With your voice blending in with the piano, like a narrating voice over, suddenly making me burst in laughter with the Pasta Pumpkin Pepper sauce lol. Enjoyed it very much thank you.

It's probably hard to tell but still worth asking, what music are they using in the background? It's so amazingly calm and light. Please if someone knows it, tell me! And this videos is incredible by the way, love it, carry on Jamie and Gennaro!

Sir jamie oliver. You are my idol. I learn everything from you. I am thankfull to you for that. But can you please make. Mexican's cuisine dishes. Turkish cuisine dishes. And some new sauces that you can give me. You have brightened my future.

I love that while everyone have their heads in this book project, Gennaro is showing them that cooking is all about nature and using what's around you. I think you could make a whole new book this way.

I love this stuff, the food videos and all that is great, but I love that you guys are sharing these things too. Brings so much more character and depth to both the crew, to Jamie and the food. Thank you! :)

Please do more videos like this! I think this sort of video is much more helpfull for developing a feeling for cooking than a normal cooking video also it's just great to see the work behind the scenes.

Has anyone ever told David Loftus how much he looks like Ricky Gervais? Or is it the other way round? Either way - looks delicious. Good job Gennaro scrounging up some local fresh herbs!
