My father, character wise, was just like Genaro, we would dive for octopus and cook them over a fire on the beach. Smokey with a crispy skin. This just reminded me of those wonderful days. Thank you.

Wow I'm almost crying bc I'm so happy for that woman that she took the initiative and made it happen. Ahhhhh. I do hope her restaurant is promoted somewhere. I'm sure it is.

I first had octopus in Crete many years ago in a Greek salad (I always say that I drink a Greek salad. It was something else! That octopus looks fab!
