So many people were interested in the clam stew from my bok choy muchim video, so here it is! It's called Jogaetang in Korean, it's a delicious, tasty, savory stew with a bit of sweetness from the radishes. Enjoy the recipe and let me know if you make it!

This dish sure looks yummy. I have been watching her videos for years and I always notice how Maangchi deliciously eat the meal at the end, I mean she could be eating rocks and still she makes want to eat what she is eating! LOL. love her because I have learn to eat other dishes that I would have never thought of eating. Thank you Maangchi.

I actually ate clams before and I didnt too much care for them really. They had this nasty, gritty brown crap inside them that looked like poop and when Id bite into the meat inside the clams, it would crunch between my back gums as I chewed it. Their definitely an acquired taste.

I made this with 5 lbs of littleneck quahog clams. I didn't have anchovies so I made a broth from Bonita flakes and substituted scallions with fresh garlic chives. Amazing dish that the entire family enjoyed. Simple and fresh tasting. Thanks for the recipe.

I finally made this for my wife and I last night and we really loved it! Such a simple and lovely dish, plus I managed to get her garlicky nutrients in even tho she usually hates garlic! Thanks again maangchi!

Maangchi looks like she's dressed to go to an awards show, realized she still had an extra 20 minutes and decided to teach us how to make clam stew.
