Hi Maangchi! If I am using ready-made anchovy broth, how many cups should I put? Coz I tried doing this with 21/2 cups anchovy broth and it turned out too salty! Thank you: ) I also followed your kimchi stew recipe and it was supper yummy: )

It looks so much like ginisang monggo (sauted mung bean stew) here in the Philippines plus she added anchovies (dilis) which we usually mix in together with shrimp and squash/pumpkin (kalabasa) in it. Dunno if it tastes the same.

Omg! Im so glad you have this recipe! Now that I live in Korea after getting married, I really want to cook more korean food. As an American, I was intimidated but your videos make it so much easier!

We made this with my mother and it was ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE. We had tried it before at a korean restaurant and your version is just amazing Maangchi!
