This is not just for garnish. I didn't even buy it for that. You can put zucchini through it to make raw noodles that end up tasting a lot like regular noodles. You can use it for a cucumber salad, stuffing ingredients for wraps and what ever else raw food recipe you want to make. I use my spiralizer a lot.

I'd use it to make salads! Can you imagine? Even people with dentures or missing teeth could eat the cucumber and carrots! It'd be great for people who don't have 20 minutes to cut the carrots and cucumbers. I'm imagining zucchini being put through that machine.

This device is perfect to eat plant noodles everyday! Forget those unhealthy high toxic package noodles. you can eat pretty rich plant foods with it and save yourself a trip to the doctor compared to eating meat on a daily basis.

Very interesting, but appreciated the honesty ( even though having the item for sale, about how you probably would end up with the cutting machine in the back of a cupboard, after a few uses, if only used for garnishing.

I would also put Daikon radish through the machine and along with the carrot, put it all in a picking brine. Hey, even the cucumber. Does it work with ginger? I love pickled ginger. Nice curly fries

wow, that nice, loved his class on the cuts of vegetables. Congratulations! I wonder where I can get a little machine these here in Brazil. which the name of that machine of miracles. Big hug

Agreed. At a restaurant, the device is very helpful, but at home garnishing should be an art and done purely by hand. Love the video and thanks for demonstrating the technique.

I am surprised you didn't cut your hands on that first carrot showing. I would never tell somebody to do that! I am sorry, not a good way to cut carrots my friend.
reply

For anyone wondering, dont do this unless you have some expensive knives. Cheap regular knives most of us use, arent nearly sharp enough or thin enough

Nice! And clever reveal on the easy way. Up until that, I was thinking why is he showing us the hard way first? but that came to be quite evident. Well done.
