All of these pasta salads sound delicious. I am going to try the Mexican street corn pasta salad as soon as I go to the store to get the ingredients. I have the Elote seasoning from Traders Joes and I put it on everything. Now I know what goes into the dressing I will make it from scratch. I probably could have eaten that whole big bowl by myself.

Thank you so much for putting the recipes in the description box! Easy to go to when I'm at the store. Also, what brand of tuna did you use It looked really good and not mushy like some brands I've gotten. I'd like to buy the one you bought. My mother used to put cubes of cheddar cheese into her macaroni salad, too. All great recipes. TYVM: )

Because you are adding red pepper flakes to all your pasta salads, I assume no children will be eating the salads. I don't eat hot and spicy, so me and the children will not be eating the spicy pasta. Anyone that wants red pepper flakes could so easily add it to their taste. Not everyone eats hot and spicy

Even if you are preparing a cold salad, frozen produce must be cooked first. Direct quote from fsis. usda. gov. I'm guilty of having used frozen corn and peas and fruit directly from the bag myself, however pregnant people, young children, elderly and immune compromised people really shouldn't take the risk.

I never rinse or oil my pasta. It changes the flavor. I cook my pasta longer like you. That Maggie sauce has too much junk in it. I have to stick to mostly natural food items or I will get sick from it. Thank you for the delicious pastas, I love pasta salads.

I make a very similar salad like you do. I use low-fat yogurt instead of mayo or sour cream. No one has yet to notice the difference. It's a little healthier and less fat and cholesterol. Still now i want to go make some. Thank you.

I suggest a better way of draining your pasta. Instead of pouring the pasta into the strainer take the strainer and put the strainer into the pasta pan turn it upside down and drain pasta this way you never loose any pasta.

I want to try that Street Corn Salad. That looks delicious. The Italian Pasta Salad is a favorite among my family Today I made my elbow macaroni salad; with Ham, Tri-color Peppers and red onion.

She made a pasta salad recipe a little while back with little mozzarella balls and Olive Garden dressing. OMG, it was sooo good. It’s a new go to for me.

I love a salad with a crusted fish on the side. I don't know why, but I think it goes well together. Thanks for these recipes. They all look amazing.

I would add some cotija cheese to this Mexican street corn salad. Made some deli Mac salad with the ditalini noodles we are eating on right now.

I can’t find any place to get the fire roasted corn in my area unless I order a case of 2 pound bags from Walmart.
