Hi love your videos. We live in Central Texas. My wife makes many of the dishes you do and she loved the liquid smoke idea on the barbacoa. Have you done lengua? One of our favorites.

This is the best recipe. I need to remember this for the next time I make KFC. I tried another recipe using straight potato starch one dredge. not crunch. was not as flavorful as I like.
