Today I am trying a YouTube recommended video recipe from YouTuber Nino's Home. This recipe is for frothy coffee at home. It is a perfect recipe idea for coffee lovers looking for a creamy frothy coffee drink. I used monk fruit sweetener in place of sugar which probably made it taste less sweet but still good. Elizabeth: I only buy freeze dried coffee from Japan. I don't say that to sound hoity-toity! I have tried Nescafe in all its varieties and just cannot stomach it. The Japanese freeze-dried coffee tastes as close as a cup of brewed coffee as I have been able to find and I've lived around the world as you know. I can't wait to make this for myself and my adopted daughter who finally came home!

So I tried this a few days ago and it didn t work after 20 mins of mixing but I found these little packets of Starbucks instant coffee in my pantry and I gave it another go- I could tell after one minute of mixing that it was going to work and it did! Idk why the other one didn t since it s a good instant coffee but I did notice that the Starbucks ones were a lot more finely ground so maybe that makes a difference

I hate coffee but I made this anyway cause I was so fascinated. All I had was cow's milk that my parents drink. I've been trying to avoid milk due to allergy season, it tends to amplify mucus (sorry for that gross imagery lol. Anywho I made this and it was so worth the extra mucus I suffered for like 2 days haha

Mine did not work, and yes I used the right ingredients, and yes it was instant coffee and yes I used boiling water. Funny the amount of liquid I had was nowhere near the amount of mixture she had. I'll believe it when she actually shows the whole time mixing instead of cutting away

It's a similar concept to making the sweet froth on the top of Cubano coffee. The main difference is that you add the sugar to a very small portion of hot espresso coffee (instead of dry instant coffee and hot water) and then whip vigorously. It is a delicious addition to Cubano coffee.

I can't wait to try this tomorrow morning. I love your videos. Idk how I saw the oat milk video before this one but I loved the oatmilk, it's sooo delicious. Thanks for sharing. I love how you are so relatable. Stay safe and thank you for the recipes

Tried it yesterday with my hubby's instant hazelnut flavored coffee and some Truvia. Whipped it up with a hand mixer and it was done in about about 1 minute. Used some warm half and half and topped it with this delicious whipped coffee!

The coffe drink looks great. The drink in the Mason jar takes me back to my youth. So today I am making the chicken enchiladas you made recently and this will be a dessert. My son has been working hard and he deserves something special.

Not a coffee drinker but I decided to try this. If you want a single serving half the recipe, ice coffee taste better. Also I hand mix it with a silicone whisk, used 100% Columbine instant coffee, cane sugar, and whole milk.

My first time trying this I spooned it over hot coffee. It was really good. It tasted like a cappuccino with a espresso shot. It was really good. Then the next day I tried it over cold whole milk. Both ways are tasty.
