Today I am cooking at home and baking a buttery double crust peach cobbler. In this recipe, I am using canned peaches but be sure to check out my Fresh peach cobbler recipe.
ingredients
(3) 15 oz (425 g) cans sliced peaches in juice
1 cup (198 g) granulated sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 cup (35 g) cornstarch
pinch of salt
pinch of nutmeg
4 Tbsp (56 g) melted salted butter
8 x 12 baking dish
BAKE cobbler 375 F for 50 minutes

2 2/3 cups (210 g) all-purpose flour
12 Tbsp (168 g) cold salted butter
