I mix the egg/eggs directly into the plain noodles with butter and parmesan cheese. No sauce with the eggs. The spaghetti will hold its shape much better and it needs to sit at least 20 to 30 minutes for best results.

That looks amazing! I wish hubby could have red sauce so I wouldn t have to make one white sauce and one red sauce. Red is my favorite! Yummsss! Not helping my prego cravings. you re the best!

I love pasta bakes. great way to use odds and ends from the fridge. In the Caribbean we use a lot of fresh herbs instead of dried but this is great I looove your baking dish
