Today I am cooking at home and making creamy broccoli cheese rice casserole. I will also be making a chicken mushroom cream sauce from scratch. This is great for a dinner or holiday side.

4 to 6 oz (113 to 170 g) sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 to 1/2 tsp black pepper

Cream sauce
2 Tbsp (30 ml) cooking oil
8 oz mushrooms (diced)
2 Tbsp (28 g) unsalted butter
3 Tbsp ( 27 to 30 g) all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp (10 to 14 g) chicken bouillon powder
1 1/2 cups (375 ml) water
1 cup (236. 5 ml) heavy cream
Alex: Ew. No. I can already tell that this is diarrhea central! There are much better brocolli rice casseroles that don't have so much short cut that tastes way better. 1, the knorr bullion stuff tastes horrible. All yall can make a better dish than this processed stomach ache. When your dish is all short cuts, you miss out on good natural flavor.
