Today I am making breakfast sandwiches. I will also make a simple chipotle mayo sauce that elevates this sandwich to the next level. Breakfast is gonna be good! Ingredients 4 slices of bread 4 to 5 thick-cut bacon slices 2 large eggs 2 slices of cheese 1/3 cup mayonnaise 1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce 3 Tbsp Mexican table cream butter for eggs

Breakfast sandwiches. Easy to make, fast depending on how you do it, better than anything you'll buy. If you prefry bacon or sausage (suggest patties) and freeze them, goes quicker. Toast your bread in the toaster, butter one piece. Put on a plate, put a piece of American processed cheese on it. If you use a hard cheese, put in the oven to soften it. Take one egg, scramble or to your preference, cook. If scramble, fold it backwards to the middle on all sides, so it will fit on the bread. Then build the sandwich. Shouldn't take more than 10 minutes (or faster) once you get the hang of it. That's my on the go breakfast sandwich. Fills you til lunch. Her sandwich looks gorgeous.

I have never gotten my head around toasting my bread in a frying pan with oily stuff, you call it griddle. To me that is fried bread, which is delicious btw but mine comes out fried and firm and eaten a a side thing. It is similar to the instructions for an Electric sandwich maker to butter the bread and put the butter side on the outside, Completely against my instincts.
However a lovely combination there. I often have an egg and bacon sandwich, toasted properly: -) or just bread, maybe next time I will try a slice of plastic cheese on top of it.
Incidentally I also mean to do the bacon fry from cold in a low-medium heat pan but not gotten around to that yet either. :-)

The morning breakfast of champions on the go! I pay cook my bacon ahead of time and can pull out and warm up what I need for the day. I use chibata bread because when warm it's like English muffins but bigger. I use the grease too! slap the rolls over the bacon grease add a bigger weight then move down my griddle and add the eggs. Warm gooey sandwich to eat driving to work. Melty cheese with a more solid yolk, you figure out quickly that the yolk can't be funny when your driving This is good for waffles, pancakes and tortillas
too.

Breakfast is my favorite meal and I love a good sandwich to start off the day. My husband and son devoured the strawberry cake. They loved it cold. It was so good. Making another one today. For the oranges do you use canned or fresh?

These looks so amazing and delicious and cant wait to try it especially with that sauce. But i do have a question what kind of bread is that i now its white but what Brand is it Will like to find that brand. Thanks in advance

What is the difference/advantage of the Mexican cream? Maybe you could explain that in your videos. I see those products in the store but have no idea why I should use them.

Use some more of that bacon fat to cook the eggs. So yummy! If it's really hot, the egg white gets a crispy edge that can't be duplicated any other way!
