I love that you are using your whataburger ketchup! I do this. But girl you should try their jalapeno ketchup in meat loaf with cumin, chili powder, garlic, minced onion, pinch of red pepper flakes, parmesan cheese and mexican oregano inside too. Salt n pepper. For topping you could do ketchup, honey, garlic powder, chili powder, cumin and a splash of siracha or cholula. Its so marvelous.
I hate og bell pepper and bread crumb meatloaf. When i did this for my hubby its never to og meatloaf for me ever again.

I do not get the air fryer craze! I mean. you could put those potatoes in any ordinary oven for 45 minutes and get delicious potatoes. Why the gadget?

Where do you buy eggs? I noticed before that they look premium, but the one you used in the meatloaf had a yolk that was almost orange with goodness 3>
