One of the ultimate must-eat street foods in Karachi, Pakistani is the bun kebab. At first I had no idea what to expect, and even as I watched, I couldnt hardly imagine what this creation would taste like. In order to make a Karachi bun kebab, first he whipped up some egg white into a foamy batter. Then he takes a little lentil meat patty, sticks it into the foam, and onto the hot griddle in oil. That sizzles until he flip it and it turns into a little burger patty. On another hot griddle, the buns are cooked in oil, and then lathered in chutney. The burger goes on, with onions, and its served with more chutney. There you have the iconic and one of the Kings of all Pakistani street food - the Karachi bun kebab Hanif Super Biryani & Bun Kabab Price - 30 PKR (0. 22) per piece Karachi street food travel guide: Ali: Joel

I've been to Turkey, Greece, Egypt, and Italy. Never had the pleasure of Pakistan but man do I truly miss the food from the middle east and MediterraneanI've never eaten so well as I did around the Mediterranean sea. And the people are just like us. Human beingsFriendly, polite, humorous and generous. Much love from the USA.

I understand Mark wants to promote his friend Joel Bruner, but in my valued opinion, he's not authentic and he just over does it. Whether when eating and physically expressing how much he enjoyed the food, cutting a promo, and all that over the top smiling and laughing.

Who started that barbaric act of smashing your food together and saying cheers? Its got to be one of the most embarrassing things to come out of a civilized society. Oh wait they are in Pakistan.

Please be careful he might put a bomb in the kabab. can't trust Pakistani people. it's a global migraine state. Sponsors of terrorism and a nuance for world peace

The lack of women and excess of exhaust and trash makes it look like a miserable place I would never want to eat anything from, but definitely looks like an adventure.
