Social Dining in Denmark with Chef Esben - This video includes a huge array of two days of sourcing top quality ingredients, and eating street food in Copenhagen. We visited many local small producers, from farms to cheeses to award winning chocolate. On the day of the social dining event, we visited more grocery stores, and picked our own mushrooms. Esben and I also decided to eat some Copenhagen street food, including Gasoline Burgers, which are known to be some of the best burgers in Copenhagen, using organic ingredients and served from a gas station. Then we went straight to Kebabistan, one of Copenhagens best kebab restaurants. Finally, for the big meal Danish food social dining event, we went to Vin de Table, and Esben used the ingredients we sourced to cook an amazing home-style Danish meal. The food was delicious and it was a perfect way to wrap up an amazing trip in Denmark Here are the main places we visited in this video: Hrblle Mejeri - Dairy Farm Rnnede Inn - Danish Restaurant Friis-Holm - Award winning chocolate Kbmand - Gourmet grocery Empirical Spirits - Copenhagen distillery Gasoline Grill - Fresh organic burgers sterGRO - Rooftop farm Kebabistan - Shawarma Copenhagen Vin de Table - Natural wine shop

So hard to watch I miss Copenhagen Funny, Ive passed the Gasoline Grill so many times, but I never stopped there to eat. Its in the path of one of my favorite bars. Plus, when I started going there, it was an actual gas station, and I didnt notice it was a food spot. There are so many great places to eat in Copenhagen, you dont really need a list. Only tip, cheap pizza by the slice is bad. If you want good cheap food, Danish food is the safer bet. Think hotdogs, and cod cakes. Although, I had the best banh mi there, and it was vegetarian.

Hand crafted artisanal chocolate and cheese, locally sourced on the roof top produce for a restaurant and the gas station cheese burger is right up there with them. Your developed, refined, sophisticated and discriminating palate knows what's good, knows what we like. It's all of this and Danish kebabistan, amazing.

Sorry to burst everyones bubble, but that kind of burger is ONLY found on THAT gas station. It's a special type of place. Every other gas station is like everywhere else in the world, 7-eleven quality/McDonalds etc. type of burgers.

I hate when that guy eats off marks plate, the guy is there I'm sure as a guide to show off there food, no need to be doing that. when you have tried the food already as it's your own country.

Can't believe you went to Kebabistan and didn't go for the homemade pita with Lamb, atleast go homemade (either durum or pita) but with Lamb cmon, thats what they're famous for.

Last time I lived in Copenhagen 1986 there was no such food as you show here, Copenhagen has changed a LOT since then. Will get to see for myself when I return next year.
