uh-uh, no Mark, nooooooooooo That UNhealthy fried bread sandwich with that heavy white creamy sauce in it COULD POSSIBLY taste delicious, but. I'm sure it can't be healthy. All I see is oil running down your fingers when you hold it. It's the first time I've ever heard you mention an item that was not your personal fave [how tactful and diplomatic. and I appreciate the kind honesty]. Looking at it was definitely not my personal fave either

damn hate to say it but it really bothers me when Mark uses his chopsticks and doesn't do a clean grab but touches most of the dish before grabbing. In Chinese culture that is considered very bad dining manners. I mean yes there are moments where he does that to show the audience the food, but there's also the times where he was just trying to grab the food.

really likes your video, always makes my mouth watering even I couldn't be more familiar with them since that's where I grow up. It's also interesting that two guys are pushing each other behind you at 3: 58 fighting for paying the bill, which always come along with Chinese eating culture: )

The first dish you tried wasn't chicken. It's actually steamed pork ribs. The meat is usually covered with some kind of rice flour and placed on top of either potatoes or yams. They steam it for a very long time, so the pork and potatoes melt right away in your mouth. One of my favorites

If the restaurant you go to is awesome and the service is great, you may not want to see their kitchen. if it's a busy place, the kitchen may not be so clean during busy times and you may decide never to go back again. Let the chefs do their thing and the customer eat.
