Los angeles, California - Again, welcome to LA, home to one of the biggest Korean populations outside of Korea. Steve from Rockstar Eater and I are eating our way through Koreatown LA, this time focusing on some of the best Korean BBQ, but a cheese pull Korean corn dog competition to begin! If you haven t already seen Part 1 of this ultimate Korean food tour in Koreatown, watch Part 1 here: Here are the Korean food and restaurants included in this video: Sun Ha Jang Restaurant - Sun Ha Jang Restaurant serves a unique Korean bbq menu of duck - and come to think of it, I don t think I had really ever eaten duck during any of my trips to South Korea, but this restaurant in Koreatown specializes in it. They serve you a unique duck bbq experience with all the banchan. But the best part of the meal is at the end when you have a pool of melted duck fat, which is then cooked with rice and kimchi to make an award winning fried rice. Two Hands Seoul Fresh Corn Dogs - Next up, Steve and I had a Korean corn dog competition. It was my first time to try these trendy corn dogs, which are actually not dogs at all, but rather cheese or rice sticks on the inside. We had a hilarious time with a cheese pulling competition. Ahgassi Gopchang - Finally, to end this ultimate Korean food tour of Koreatown in LA, we went to Ahgassi Gopchang, which is an amazing Korean bbq restaurant. The food and the cuts of meat, especially the galbi, Korean short ribs and large intestines were stand out!

Duck fat at 7: 42. I used to order Peking Duck at a restaurant. They brought out the breast and skin with pancakes, onion and hoisin. The rest of the duck they put into a pressure cooker and made soup, with all the duck fat. I remember it being so rich and flavorful. I would take the soup home. Next day I would add water, vegetables and either pasta or rice. It was an amazing soup.

Happy new year Mark, Ying, Micah, everyone.
This is the year I hope Mark would share his secret of where to stash his eaten food, as I already feeling full watching the first 15 minutes of most of his videos.

Koreans use peril leaves and romaine and red and green lettuce, they place the salad down first then add all your ingredients then fold the lettuce into a sort of purse and put it in your mouth
