If you have one day to eat, this German food tour of Munich will give you some serious satisfaction. I have to admit, I going to multiple back to back restaurants to eat German food is a challenge - German food is so hearty and so filling. By the end of this food tour in Munich, I was ready to sleep immediately Here are all the details about the restaurants and prices of the dishes I ate: 1. Andy's Krablergarten Andy's Krablergarten is known for their schnitzel, and they serve it up in a huge way. The cutlets are made from pork, and they are big and fried fresh. I tried a Hamburg schnitzel with eggs and a Munich style schnitzel with horseradish in the breading. It was fantastic. Address: Thalkirchner Str. 2, 80337 Mnchen, Germany Price: 10. 90 EUR per schnitzel 2. Andechser am Dom This is a nice German food restaurant, located on the side of Munich Frauenkirche, a major landmark in the heart of Munich. They serve a variety of traditional German Bavarian cuisine. My favorite dish was the mixed sausage plate, but the leberkse was also good. Address: Weinstrae 7A, 80333 Mnchen, Germany Total price: 36. 30 EUR 3. Ice cream at Schuhbeck's Eissalon Address: Pfisterstrae 11, 80331 Mnchen, Germany 4. Bergwolf Bergwolf is a German fast food restaurant in Munich, and their speciality is currywurst, a plate of sausage topped in sauce and fries. Its not the healthiest of all German dishes, but it sure tastes pretty amazing - one of those 3 am kind of dishes. Address: Fraunhoferstrae 17, 80469 Mnchen, Germany Price: 5. 40 EUR 5. Augustiner Brustuben Augustiner Brustuben is a classic German brewery and restaurant in Munich, Germany. Youll find some very classic Bavarian dishes on their menu and a good selection of beer. Address: Landsberger Str. 19, 80339 Mnchen, Germany Total price: 24. 25 EUR this German food tour of Munich. I hope it will provide you with some tips on where to eat amazing German food when youre in Munich

hey mark I mean I really like ur videos and i find them really interesting but the bites u take They're huge I mean sorry but have ur parents never told u to take smaller bites? No offense but sometimes it seems a little weird that a grown up man with a young child eats like a greedy 12-year old I remind u that meeting all these food-cultures with u is very interesting but I'd find ur videos a lot more fun and inspiring if u wouldnt STUFF ur mouth that heavily. Best regards, Tom

As a waiter in a hotel back in the 80s. I had an elder German customer who demanded her schnitzel. Literally slamming her hands on the table. She spoke only German. I live in Southwest US. We didnt know what schnitzel was, so she would order a plate of crispy bacon and dry white toast. Thanks for sharing and clarifying a 30+ yrs curiosity.

You can find plenty of other food Voggers who travel all over the world but this guy stands out. He is so Humble, Polite & Down to Earth. Never seen anyone enjoying the food like he does. I'm Addicted to his Videos, gives me the feeling of living the whole experience myself. And he is also blessed to have a supportive wife. God Bless

Hey there Mark, I am really sorry but since your last name is our capitals city name, I need to tell you that for Schnitzel you need to come to Vienna. anything else is not the real one - so maybe you can pay us a visit and enjoy the original; ) all the best for your trips, take care.

Ancestry tests are only as accurate as the information in their databases. Until ancestry databases contain the DNA of everyone on the planet then their results will always be far from definitive, which is why different services produce different results.

Well mark, your table-manners definitely are not german. You have a folk and you have a knife. Why not put it to use? I would ask for another table if I would have to watch that live. But I'm glad you enjoyed our food tho, come again Greets from bavaria

Iv'e lived here for 10 years. Food still tastes shite. Bad meat i think. It's just unusually bland - like something is missing. There is something so Clinical about it. Never had that problem in the other 60 countries i was in.

Andechs am Dom is now closed at this location. Best visit the brewery if you can. Train and bus journey but worth it for the Spezial Helles alone which is increasing difficult to source in Munich.
