Oh wow, you ate food from my country, Bosnia. Though hotdogs are not exactly traditional, cevapi are and they are 10 times better than hotdogs. There is no point in eating traditional schnitzel. It is better if it has cornflakes coating rather then breadcrumbs, you can add sesame seed or whatever. Also you should try one with cheese inside, between two thin meats. Traditional schnitzel is just boring.
