Welcome to Madrid and today I m hanging out with my friend Spain Revealed from Spain Revealed, and we re going to take you on an ultimate Spanish food tour, specifically eating dishes that are local in Madrid. From churros to snails and tapas to cocido Madrile o, get ready for the ultimate Spanish food tour in Madrid! Chocolat - We started with churros at Chocolat, one of the best places you ll find in the city. They make them fresh and serve them with creamy chocolate. The perfect way to start a day in Madrid. La Casa del Abuelo - Next up, James and I started with a tapas crawl, first heading to La Casa del Abuelo for their amazing shrimp cooked with garlic and olive oil in a clay pan. They are delicious, especially with some house wine. Casa Toni - Next up for Casa Toni, another legendary tapas bar in Madrid, known for organ meats like pig ears on the hot plate and sweet breads. Again, a delicious friendly place, and very Madrid culture. Restaurante Casa Amadeo los Caracoles - One of my favorite places this entire Spanish food tour in Madrid was Restaurante Casa Amadeo los Caracoles, that s a tapas bar that specializes in snails cooked with chili and all sorts of pig parts and sausages for flavor. Amadeo the owner is 93 years old and he s so energetic with a heart of gold. He taught us how to eat some of his favorite dishes. Posada de la Villa - Next up we continued to Posada de la Villa for roasted lamb. Again legendary, and so good! Malacat n - Finally to complete this food tour, there s no way we could miss cocido Madrile o, a Madrid specialty that includes soup made from a variety of meats, with chickpeas, meats, vegetables. It s the ultimate heavy meal comfort food and something you have to eat when you re in Madrid.

I love it when you travel to non Asian countries. My in-laws are Chinese and I have a lot of friends from Indonesia and Thailand so I'm luck that I can enjoy authentic Asian food regularly. Spanish food is still very new to me so it was delightful to see all the different foods you tried there.

Just a suggestion you should try and alter the video shooting style, your expression etc as this has been same since a long time and now looks very monotonous, it's like just different food but the rest is same, also the length of the videos have increased to almost 45 mins average.

Ugh. the shrimp, the anchovies. the snails w/ chorizo! I'm so envious, yet so humbled by the rich love of culinary traditional that's on display. These last couple Spain episodes were excellent, and to now get a whole hour in Madrid with Mark feels like a true gift.

One of the best food tours so far. Delucious! The Kiwi really highlighted the tapas culture in Spain. Excited and engaged beautifully with the owners and represented the hospitality of the people. Thank you for showing us around.

The best collab! James is the best foodie tour guide in Spain, with his knowledge and rapport with the locals! And definitely can keep up with Mark in the appetite department. Hope to see more content from the both of you!

I wonder. Is any of the food clean and/or pure? Maybe it's clean. Maybe it's pure. I m not sure. This comment has a great crunch. It's type-y, and I rehydrated it from previous comments. That makes it pure! And clean.

I love how you say that you guys have bone and you're just going to go in and usually the restaurant serves you the polite way but if you notice they put you way back in the restaurant and you're facing a wall lol

Notice: Mark is a thief from Bangkok. he is gang member of one of the most dangerous gang from Bangkok. He is a clown. Watch it on your own risk because by watching you are supporting him.
