Local Hawaii Food Tour of Honolulu Hawaii is always a special place to eat for me, because its one of the places where I grew to love eating so much. When I was a kid, I would come every now and then to visit relatives in Hawaii and feast upon local Hawaii, Hawaiian food, and a variety of Asian food as well. In this video, were going on an ultimate single day local Hawaii food tour. Joes Grill Express - Located not to far from the Honolulu airport, Joes Grill Express is an awesome local spot for Hawaii style breakfast. I went with the special loco moco, including hamburger patty, spam, and eggs, all over rice, with mac salad

I lived in Hawaii from age 4-9 and it's one of the most memorable places I lived. My dad and step father are both military so I have moved quite a bit in my life, and my most favorite memories are from living in Oahu. I wish it was more affordable for people to visit or live there since it's such a beauty. I would climb palm trees, swim all the time, ran around barefoot everywhere, and just spent so much time outside since it just seemed to be always gorgeous. Even when it rained, I was still outside. I didn't get to try too much local food since I was a kid and my mom was super picky lol, but my favorite foods come from Hawaii. Meat jun, spam musubi, fried lobster rolls from this place in the mall, malasadas from the food truck at some mall (again I was a kid so my memory is foggy lol, and Kahlua pork. I could eat Kahlua pork with a bunch of cabbage and rice every day. Oahu holds some of my most favorite memories and I hope I can go back one day and take my kids and husband to experience the same joy I had. I'll definitely have to try some of these places you went to

Love everything youve eaten in Honolulu. I just hope we can make it to all these places that youve been & tried the different tuna poke, Korean fried chicken. The Loco moco didnt really appeal to me. But then again, I never had it. So, I might try it on n our family reunion trip in 2021. You were born & raise in Hawaii right?

The thing I luv about living in Hawaii is people are earnest and fairly humble. They took what the island gives them and make the best of it. Many may not know the history or the story behind the food but local people are generous, good hearted, luv to grind Good vid Mark.
