I first tasted in Hillsboro Oregon at a Vietnamese Restaurant that had opened on Main Street back in 2010 I believe. I was almost immediately addicted! So simple yet so complex! But Americans are spoiled when it comes to ovaries and certain other body parts! Very spoiled but my African wife cooks chicken with all parts including the undeveloped eggs do not go to waste!

I love how Mark's video quality have gone better and better with every year. He puts so much care into each and everyone of them, and he's not putting out content half-heartedly like a lot of others. Quality over quantity and it is so worth it. Thank you Mark! I hope I can visit all these places you go to one day.

How many bowls of noodles and innards do you think will keep your viewers engaged with you? It s overkill and uninteresting. The history of Pho is not amazing info you re imparting. Zzzzzzzzzz. What s the point of this food? People don t want to eat it just because you ate it on camera. Have someone show how to make it.

Definitely love my pho. I d love to try it there but I feel like even in the Midwest, we have some pretty fantastic pho. Also, I ve bought the smoked ghost pepper. Just fantastic! I bought a second to bring to work, and my folks there have enjoyed it.

Food for us comes from our relatives, whether they have wings or fins or roots. That is how we consider food. Food has a culture. It has a history. It has a story. It has relationships. mark wiens shout out watching from philippines\

As much as it would disappoint the Vietnamese, the truth is It originates from China. In Singapore, it is a very common and simple dish called Kway Teow Teng, nothing that fancy, except we use fishball instead of beef.

Thanks Mark, for a true and honest representation of Pho. This is the first time anywhere, I have ever heard the credit given to the actual locals and not just always the western or French creating/influencing.

Great video, Mark. I love the way you showcase these street restaurants. I prefer these restaurant over the high end Pho restaurants. No pho should be 100.
