Amazing Royal Balinese food in Bali, Indonesia SUBSCRIBE for 2 new videos per week Special thank you to Andre T-shirts I have a real treat of a meal and video for you today - this I can say is one of the best meals and experiences Ive had in a very long time - combining both the amazing culture of Bali, Indonesia, and the incredible Balinese food in one. Puri Banyuning, Bongkasa, Bali - Andre is part of a Balinese Royal family, and he invited us over to their family palace grounds. I was immediately blown away by the palace grounds, the beauty of the architecture and the lush greenery of Bali. After walking around for a while, and getting dressed in a local Balinese sarong, it was time to get started. The chef at the Palace is an insane cook, and cooks so fast and so expertly, its amazing to watch him. We started cooking an Indonesian food Balinese feast including some of the best Balinese dishes like sate lilit, tum ayam Balin, lawar, ares soup, and be lindung. Also part of the Royal Balinese food experience was how the food was displayed and decorated - it was nothing short of incredible to see and to eat this Indonesian food Royal Balinese video And special thank you to Andre for arranging everything

This was an asian buddhist royal family palace. I think Indonesia worked with the germans and muslims to take down asias royal warrior class. Clearly they dont match these palaces like the samurai type mongol class. That fake japanese royal family sided witb HITLER why? So did the Imam in palestine. This fake Indonesia royal family is also propoganda. and clearly that is not royal. And it does not match the palaceI curse them

I am from the neighboring Kuala Lumpur and I have been to Bali for more than 15 times. I just love the Island and the people. The tolerance of Bali people are are amazing and despite them being the majority of the faith in the island, they still have a great respect for other faiths. Congratulation Mark Wiens for this great food vlog. Love it.

Everything goes but i wouldnt want my cheff to cook with those huge rings, i have no problem with rings but when you r cooking most especially when youhave to mix deep with your hands, those rings can be a breeding place for pathogenic bacterials, not so hygienic but all the same the foods r rich n inventing

Why am I watching this or any of your videos? I get so hungry and then my food does not taste as good as the food your eating looks, and I am a very good cook. It does inspire me to cook other foods. My Thai, Viet, Indian, is better than anything you can get here in Las Vegas.

If this is authentic Balinese food then it will leave many South Indian tourists frustrated. I mean, at first glance the plate looks familiar but we will forever waiting for the sambar that will never come only to begrudgingly begin eating rice with side dishes. :)

Quite unique and primitive cuisine. Indonesia is an interesting and unique country. I am particularly struck with the crossroad of Islam and Hinduism. It would be an honor to experience the complexity of this two differing ideology.
