This is a not an Aussie bbq. Where is the pav? That ostrich egg omelette looked like oil spew on a plate. Who cooks kilpatrick on a flame and not under a flame. Also, what Aussie bbq uses ostrich egg?

Really sorry, I skipped the ostrich egg and giant oyster cooking and eating, other than that fantastic stuff, grilling the best of Aussie produce!

Rainbow trout is an australian Fish. funny we have rainbows, brookies, lake trout, and a few more on the west coast.
