Nothing turns me off more than a woman with a potty mouth. --I would love to have my 10 and 12 year old daughters watch these videos so that they can learn to cook (since they are showing a lot of interest right now, but I cannot as a good parent allow them to watch women like this just use the most foul and crass language possible. while cooking food. --How about broaden your viewership Munchies and have your grown adult cooks not cuss like sailors? Just a parent who would watch more of your videos if this was the case. Thanks!

It is kind of nice to hear a defense for things like pre grated parm or American cheese. I've heard lots of chefs admit that on a cheeseburger nothing really does it like American. And yeah, American cheese is basically a sauce but it works. Same with the parm. Go ahead with your micro plane and a -30 block of aged whatever. But last night I had sketti with garlic bread and lots of parm powder. It was fantastic.

Not like it matters much but I'm going to say it anyway. I made an attempt at a bolognese that would be awesome Monday before last. After hours of cooking I tried it with pasta and was like -well this reminds me of canned pasta and sauce- because I didn't want to admit that it straight up was the taste and consistency of a Sloppy Joe. This makes me feel better about what happened. Not a lot better, but enough.

I substituted -white onions for red onions -Doubles the garlic in the recipe-Added Italian seasoning, basil, thyme, and oregano. -I felt I need to amp up the flavours this was missing for my Indian taste buds. -Making this again today--Also making garlic bread with mayo, garlic, Parm, and tbls butter, some paprika for kick.

Ruined the garlic bread by using that cheap sawdust ladened -Parm-. Take the time to get a fresh block of Parmesan Cheese and grate it. If hot enough; the bread will melt it on contact.

'broiler' is a terrible word for a grill. It sounds WAY to much like boiler, something that is gonna make your food soggy instead of toasting it. Or am I just being awfully European.
