you're not a weirdo youre gentrifier a niche owner whose watering down the drinks by putting tons of ice in them. Because you consciously think about where your ingredients come from, I'm pretty sure most of the things that you use in your restaurant don't come from the people in Brooklyn. The black and brown people in Brooklyn. And you have the right skin color you were able to get the resources and bounce from Texas to California to New York. But being a gentrifier is not sustainable. You're pushing people out of their Community. You're denying black and brown business owners in Brooklyn Who were in that spot for you came and opportunity to make a living. You have the resources to go to three different states to where some people in that neighborhood don't have the resources to move out their block. And you think because you have paper or bamboo straws or you use the cheapest ice on the planet to put in your drink it's not sustainable. You know where every material in your restaurant came from but do you know what happened to the black and brown people that got pushed out of that neighborhood. Do you know where they went?

Sustainablitity should be more than Cool at this point
It should be MANDATORY, in fashion, in restaurants, in clothing but mostly in PLASTICS!
We should be pumping out that island of plasticsin the ocean andbreaking it down to use for fabric cuz god knows, plastic is in EVERYTHING now anyways.

Wait, so should I feel happy that this WHITE women can move from state to state and gentrify every neighbor that she's in so she can serve me a 20 drink that contains 95% ice?
This has to be a joke.

An environmentally conscious restaurant that waters down their Cocktails with city water, lmao, AND has environmentally safe toilet paper. Is this the new liberal restaurant trend?

you know that plastic straws account for only 0. 025% of all waste? so pushing for non plastic just makes more uncomfortable and harder for everyone, and pointless.

How is anything of what she does particularly sustainable?
It's all talk. None of the things she showed really make sense.
