Eggless vanilla cake with delicious and thick white chocolate sauce. This is the white version of my no bake chocolate cake pudding you can watch it here:
Yield: 4 pcs single serving cake
Baking: 150 C (30 minutes)
Ingredients
Eggless Vanilla Cake
250g All Purpose Flour (1 3/4 cup)
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
300 ml Sweetened Condensed Milk ( 1 1/4 cup)
1/2 cup Melted Butter (salted)
if using unsalted add 1/2 tsp of rock salt
3/4 cup Evaporated Milk
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 tbsp Hot Water or more
Thick White Chocolate Sauce
2 tbsp White Sugar
1 cup Evaporated Milk
1/4 tsp Rock Salt
2 tsp Flour
1/8 cup Water
1/4 cup Sweetened White Chocolate
1 tbsp Butter
16 pcs Oreo Cookies
Important Notes!
Baking Foil Dimensions (bottom 5x2. 5) (top 6x3. 5)
I came up a little bit short of sauce for the 4 cakes I
made, I recommend to double the recipe for the sauce.
The longer you soak the cake into the sauce the more
pudding texture it develops.
Best serve after 12 hours of chilling.
If using this recipe for one whole cake cooking time
is 50 minutes to 1 hour.
