Soak your beans for a few days until they have a tail to remove the lignins that are bad for us. they still are like beans after the small sprout tail comes out and before the leaves are formed. You will also never have another bean fart! Just soaking overnight doesn't transform the nutrients you have to wait a while so the bean can unpack the nutrients from their stored form to their bio available form. Soaking is definitely better than eating it dormant but when its sprouted its way better again. Just don't let them get too far or they're flavour and texture becomes like a been sprout instead of still a bean with a tiny tail.

I am a Vegan and on soy free diet. I know as a vegan we can have more carbohydrate but. Although these foods are high protein based but also high in carbohydrate. Can you please have a video about the portion of protein, carbohydrate and fat as a Vegan we can have to loos wight?

What brand/where did you get your thick block of tempeh? I've only been able to find thin blocks - not great for slicing into steaks. Thanks!
