VEGAN NUTRITION BASICS the plate method peter: Hurt my knee climbing a chair. Im shaped like a telly tubby. Im 55 male. Old diet? Monkey see, monkey do = just eat what people around me eat. Inspiration? Dr Ellsworth Wareham, cardiothoracic surgeon. At 49 he followed low fat vegan. He continued working to 95 (omg)
Me Right now? Im on a detox for next 5 days, feeling determined to eat healthier. (Low fat veg) Reason? Tired of physical discomfort of being a telly tubby.

Hey sadiya, do you try to follow zero waste methods. just interested to know. I was always a person who carried my own bags and limited single use plastics bags water bottles, straws and my own cutlery. I'm a newly transitioned vegan, was a vegetarian my whole life. just curious about how long it took for you to be perfectly on track. :)

Hey Sadia!
I have a question:
It is usually said that fruits and berries should never be mixed with dairy products, nuts or other food groups, or it would affect our health adversely. Is that true?

OMG. first pillar is calcium? you have calcium in every veggie, flax seed are full of them, chia seeds also. and you recommend to supplement it with unnatural stuff? OMG!

It would be great to do an update video since the Canadian Food Guide has updated their guide that eliminated dairy and it more plant-based (yeaye)
