Camari Mick, executive pastry chef at the Musket Room and Raf's, takes on our hardest challenge yet. Inside the surprise grocery bag are a mix of holiday flavors gingerbread spice and soft caramel candies and Asian ingredients like Sichuan peppercorns, peanut sesame candy, and sweet rice flour. To make it even trickier, we added cotton candy grapes and goat cheese. Watch Mick expertly combine this wide range of ingredients into a holiday cookie, proving that you can turn anything into something delicious with enough creativity.
