Technically not 'poutine', but it does have sauted mushrooms, onion tots, a poached egg, hollandaise and the lobster. So sue me. RockKnocker17: Looks awesome. I don't like tatertots though. I would have gone with homemade golden sweet potato fries. Not the nasty ass orange yam fries that everyone tries to shill out as sweet potato fries but the amazing golden sweet potato.

I love Sam and follow his chanel and love how he changes things for different flavors but being a French Canadian the name Poutine on this is just not correct. I must say it looks good but well just not Poutine.
