Sam I think/believe my sloppy joe recipe is a little better. I am with you most of the way, you went one way I went the other. I will send it to you. I have beer in mine also. I do love the food you make. I think I got you on the sloppy joes. Grand kids will up your game brother. I have collage enrolled grand daughters telling me they want Sloppy Joe's. Just saying Thank you Sam

Worsh-cher-shire. You leave out the chester. Thats exactly how I make my sloppy joes minus the chipotle, and I use Yuenling Lager. America's oldest brewery. I put shredded cheddar on mine. I have to admit it makes me feel good when I see The Man cooks so much like I do. Thanks for helping me tweak my receipes. You're awesome.

Interesting, this is similar to how I start my chili. The beer, worcestershire and tomatoes go together like Lamb and Tunafish. I use beer and chili powder in my chili recipe to soften the harder vegetables like celery onions and peppers.

I don't understand. If something is burning the shit out of your hand, how do you shove it in your mouth and not burn the shit out of the roof of your mouth and tongue? That's usually my measure to know when something's too hot to eat.

Looks decent. I like that you use stuff from other countries. I'm from Sheffield, Yorkshire, and we have our own version of Worcestershire Sauce called Henderson's Relish. It pisses over Lea & Perrins from a great height.

We call it whats this here sauce. Next time you make these, try adding a layer of baked sweet potato. It adds an incredible sweet butteriness. Its even great as a bread alternative, and Im not one to sub out my bread!
