What beer type would you say works the best? I'm guessing something like an IPA, a stout, maybe a bock. what is your go-to beer type when making beer brats? Also, I'm surprised you didn't use Kewpie mayo and chose instead to use mustard. you seem to really enjoy that mayo, but you made the right choice not using it in this recipe.

Ever since I started watching Sam the Cooking Guy my fast food bill has plummeted. I actually find it fun to spend 30 minutes whipping up a Sam special and taking the leftovers to work the next day. Keep up the outstanding work Sam.

I buy that same apple cider vinegar almost exclusively. Shout out to Bragg's. These look awesome, by the way. I've been cooking for quite a while, I love beer, and I love sausages. I can't believe I haven't tried cooking beer brats yet.

Nice combo of ingredients, but I would have done those brats on your outdoor grill all at once. I love the color and flavor the grill adds to them. These will come after the Sloppy Joes I still need to try.

Try some Bratwurst (+ yellow mustard) with Sauerkraut and mashed potatoes. Don't always cook the same sandwich-y stuff. Btw what kind of grainy German style mustard was that? Greetings from Germany.

Sam, i absolutely enjoyed this recipee. Between the flavors in the onions and peppers combined with the mustard, there was so much flavor going on. I added just a little siracha. Was amazing. Thank you

Lovely! I must get an indoor Griddle. Until I do I would imagine that a cast iron skillet would work, don't you think? What do you do with all that juice? I thought you would dip it like an au jus.
