The worlds best guacamole recipe 4k Shirley: Why put nasty lime in? It totally ruins the flavour of the avocado! I make the best guacamole in the world! Only 2 ingredients! Take two avocados and smash them up with a fork. Add salt. That is it! You are done! Now serve on your burrito or chimichanga or just plain warmed soft taco shells. Every ingredient added to an avocado takes away from the avocado taste. That ruins the guacamole. STOP it. Avocado and salt. Period. I hate restaurant Guac and store-bought guac. Everyone thinks it needs lime juice. Nasty! Before you scream, mash up one and salt it and then if you do not agree. keep it to your self.

Thank you so much for this recipe! I love guacamole and will definately try yours. The best I've ever had was at a restaurant called J Alexander's (it is a chain of 44 restaurants based in Nashvegas that frowns on being called a chain- lol. Their guacamole is chunky with no mashing, but it's the flavor that makes it incredible. Maybe it had garlic powder in it? Eating it with warm tortillas- genius. I can't even think about Mr. Beep right now. Warm tortilla and guacamole. Warm tortilla and guacamole. Warm tortilla and guacamole. Consider my world guac'ed. :)

Sam, you are great, and I am sure you have de-pitted an avocado a hundred times without cutting yourself, but it kills me every time I watch someone do it that way. I learned from my friend's mother that the legit way is to just make a second cut and make quarters instead of halves. Then, you twist and pull one additional quarter off and can just knuckle out the pit, and, as an added bonus, you won't need the spoon to get the skin off; the skins can just be easily peeled away from the avocado.

I have been enjoying the new format of the show (I was calling for longer ones a few months ago) but the constant calling out of haters and douchebags in nearly every video comes off as being disingenuous. I get people may find it humourus to hear you call out people who leave negative comments but people are here for the food. not to here you call out some troll who is only looking for more attention (which you are giving him / her by mentioning it on your videos. Just my 2 cents.

Sam, using a spoon to scrape off the avocado from it's skin is barbaric. Also, the part closest to the skin (darkest in color) is where the majority of the nutrients are. After cutting the avocado in half, remove the pit by giving it a quick chop and twist, then cut those two halves down the middle. Then simply peel the skin off. If the avocado is ripe, the skin will have absolutely nothing on it. This is pretty basic stuff.

3. 3/5 stars. This was a good effort, but not the best guacamole video we have ever seen. Some good jokes thrown in there, but there could have been some more. I respect the guac grind my dude keep being you. I haven't tried the chipotle in the guac, will try next time. Sincerely, The Guac Team.

This is kind of offensive to see a white dude making a traditional Mexican dish. It's cultural appropriation and he didn't even give those poor people any kind of props, he just acts like he invented the recipe himself. I hope you're not an actual chef somewhere and use this stolen recipe.

Hi Sam! I'm Hess from France! Love your videos and already impressed my friends with your cooks! I've a question for you. Can we replace the Chipotles Diced Chipotle Peppers by something else? Cause in France we can't get this product.
