You know what the worst problem is with modern YouTube cooking videos is? You click on the thumbnail, which looks amazing, then 90% of the video is some middle-aged white dude (usually either overweight, balding, or both) talking you through it. Spin the camera around and let me see the food, Ned. You're considerably less entertaining than you believe you are.

That's another great episode but by putting Anchovy Paste in the basting sauce, it makes the entire thing no longer vegetarian. I primarily watch your meat dishes to find ways to cook around the meat using my favorite brand of veggie meat substitute products, so in this case I could obviously just leave out the anchovy paste and it would be fine.

Recipe looks fine, but its awful to watch. This guy is extremely unpleasant. Im ok with swearing when youre angry, or surprised or shocked. He does it to make himself look interesting, or bad ass. His entire attitude is that of a frat boy who never grew up, and thinks hes impressing others by swearing and sounding like a jerk.

Tom try the big Mexican green onions on the grill! Its F& delicious. We use them for when you make carne azada. Theyre basically green onions with huge heads that caramelize on the grill and you eat the heads when eating a taco or carne azada. Believe me you wont be disappointed!

First time watching. Volume was good. laughed at the bleeping out of the swear words! Ive grilled lots of veggies before, but next time I'm going to try the sauce! Looks so good! Almost can smell it thru the screen! Wish I had room for the flat top! You were awesome to watch!

Hi Sam, Sprouts are great but sometimes can be a bit bitter. If you want to prevent that, just make a cross with your nife in the bottom (not a religious statement. then cook them for 1-2 minutes (blanche. After that grill them like you would & should. Keep up the good work!

Im also a squirrel. lol or the dog who saw the squirrel. lol ive never heard it. but its me to a t. I do that I find a good way of cooking something and run with it. and I love veg. I got a load tonight and when to do this. I have lamb to go with it. love lamb.

Where could I get anchovys paste at this time of night. while the world is obsoleting. it lets you do the small stuff without sweeting the small stuff. looks gorgeous. I dont have a bbq gril right now. but will try the grill grill.

I would normally never ever ever waste my time watching a cooking episode about only vegetables. But I was glued to every minute of this video for one reason and one reason alone. Watching you cook is just too damn enjoyable.
