I was stationed in San Diego in the navy from '72-76. Loved going to little place in little Italy called Philippi's. It was an Italian market in the front, and a little restaurant in the back. You had to walk past barrels of dry pasta and the meat counter with all the incredible smells to get to the back. There was old Chianti bottles on the table as candle holders. They made the best pizza we ever ate! Love them!
Waiting now for my knives to be delivered. According to FedEx, they are going to arrive Christmas day! What a fantastic present that will be! Love what you do!

You do have options for a thickening agent, at the beginning. Wish you would have explained that flour needs time to cook and should never be used at the end to thicken something. It you add flour at the end it will be like glue. And only that weird kid from grade school likes that.

Love anything that's stroganoff. I make by pasta in the Presto Pasta Extruder and grind my meat with the KitchenAid! Continue here they are, and now we mix and the paper towel roll wipe. Would enjoy a tongue wellington, enjoy the tender. amazing beefy flavor.

Sammmmm! SamTheCookingGuy I did the one chip challenge! It's pretty hot and is like eating sand paper! I lasted 30 minutes at work before I needed a drink because it felt like a ball of molten metal sitting in my stomach its do able though! Yall got this!
