My father-in-law was a chef from Belgium. He says the key to cutting thru the heat in these spicy challenges is salt water and not milk. Pour a healthy amount of salt into your water glass and swirl the water around in your mouth. Probably don't swallow it, just spit out into another glass. No I have never tried it as I don't do spicy hot.

While I wasn't a fan of the cast aspect (it was unclear why you were doing it, the chicken pot pie looked awesome. Us old-timers love old food, so tell Max to drop with the whippersnapper attitude, hahahaha. Seriously though, love you guys. Keep up the great work and have a great holiday season! :)

I hope I m not too late for Sam s giving. I would love to nominate my brother to win. He just bought his first house! In my brothers words Sam the cooking guy makes me want to pull my head outta my ass and start cooking again! An Evo would be a great addition to his house!

OK that looks incredible. Also specifically the tortilla looks really good is that like a fresh local tortilla or a specific brand? I live in Pennsylvania and I have yet to see a tortilla that looks that good near me LOL.

im 52 fyi and the the high college kid demographic recipes are ok but would like to see old peep food as well casseroles and yes the pot pot pie vid was great.

For the ONE CHIP CHALLENEGE use heavy cream instead of milk. Also have a hot beverage to sip on. Trust me. It s works. I think Chance will handle it the best.
