Get ready for the BEST chicken salad sandwich recipe EVER thanks to an epic twist! Tiffany: Glad I'm not the only person that has a favorite spoon! It's not a mixing spoon though as it's a teaspoon size, but I love to use it with soups, stews, and ice cream. The spoon shape itself has a unique shape to it. It may be considered some type of certain use spoon, but not sure what it would be. It belonged to my parents set, who passed when I was 17 and 20 then went to my grandmother. When she passed 3 years ago, I got the set and discovered the spoon. Not only is it my favorite spoon, but it gives me comfort knowing it was my parents, then my Maw Maw's every time I use it. It touched my heart that your favorite spoon is your Mom's as well, Sam. Love your personality, rapport with Max and also with the camera (US. It's what makes your show so great imho. The delicious food is just an awesome bonus!

This was by far the best chicken salad sandwich ever I made! I made it on sourdough. I made it for me and my nephew. He is a 6'4 firefighter/paramedic in Chicago. I passed out after eating it and in the morning it was all gone! He sausaged me again! To explain I made spaghetti with hot Italian sausage in it. I usually take a break after cooking and let everyone eat then go for mine. He ate all the Sausage before I got back so now when he over eats my dishes it is known as Sausaging.

I stopped at the cilantro being piled on! With all of that celery and cilantro there's practically NO WAY that the little chicken that he put in could survive. plus the bacon with the citrus spray, in my opinion that was a everything else AND some chicken salad sandwich! (cilantro can very overpowering, so that's like saying I love garlic. and then dump a pound of it into a dish. so whether you love it or not, it WILL OVERPOWER THE OTHER INGREDIENTS,

Found this video on this rainy, boring day of the COVID quarantine! Now Im not just depressed, but also craving eating a roast chicken salad sandwich, while watching a psycho serial killer movie! Cant wait to make this, if I ever get to go back out into a world where someone roasts a chicken for me and I dont need a hazmat suit to go buy it! At least I can start searching for the perfect skin crisping device on Amazon!

White Bread? Are you kidding? A great crusty bread, maybe even a rye bread for example. Putting this awesome chicken salad on white bread is pulling it down to the lowest depths of sandwich salad hell! Please. this is worthy of an awesome bread! White bread just ruined it for me! But the chicken salad is beyond fabulous! STOP WHITE BREADING IT! Please!

In my family we always eat the skin before carving the chicken / turkey. We always fight over it on Thanksgiving. When i was young my uncle started taking the fattier skin and baking it in the oven until it was crispy and delicious. You definitely brought back some memories with this one.

I see a lot of ppl are saying you should have toasted the bread but I don't agree at all! With the crispy late of bacon on the bottom and the crispy chicken skin on the top, it would be too crispy for my taste at least. Looks absolutely delicious I really want to try this!

Hi I know it may not be any of my business but where do you get the pan that you put in the oven with the rack on it for the bacon. and what type of watches that you are wearing and what kind of ring on your finger. They look awesome! ThanksJamie in northern Ontario Canada.

I have a favorite spoon. I think the crispy chicken skin is a brilliant cuisine hack (in other words, unauthorized delicious ingrediant) for a chicken sandwich. I will definitely be making this, chicken skin and all! (I would like one of those torches too)

If you're not into cilantro, I think a little fresh dill, maybe a 30/70 mix of dill and parsley would be a good sub, especially with the lemon juice. I think I'd put a rough chop on it before adding it, though.
